Artists and those in the arts and creative industries are great examples of inspiring leaders. Some of the most inspiring and transformational leaders are artists or those in the arts and creative industries. They embody creativity and embrace their surroundings in order to relate to the audience. They have a unique perspective on how to work with one another and how to utilise creativity to be innovative leaders.

Our esteemed guest speakers are Grace Chan, Chief Operating Officer at English National Ballet, and Indhu Rubasingham, Artistic Director at Kiln Theatre.

Indhu Rubasingham is the Artistic Director of Kiln Theatre. Recently, Indhu directed Zadie Smith’s debut play The Wife of Willesden and Moira Buffini’s Handbagged at Kiln Theatre. She also directed Anupama Chandrasekhar’s The Father and the Assassin (Olivier Theatre) and April de Angelis’ Kerry Jackson (Dorfman Theatre) at the National Theatre.

Grace Chan is a chartered accountant and has spent her professional life moving between the profession, and the charity and performing arts sector. Following 10 years at Deloitte as an advisor to growing companies, Grace has held permanent posts at the Royal Opera House, National Theatre and London Theatre Company. Prior to joining English National Ballet, Grace was the Finance Director at NESTA. Since joining English National Ballet in 2016, Grace has played a key role in delivering the Company’s new premises at London City Island.

The event will be facilitated by one of our Rising Leaders Fellows and will be held virtually.

This webinar is exclusively for Aspen UK Rising Leaders Fellows. If you are a Fellow and want to register for the online event, please reach out to [email protected].
