This webinar is exclusively for Aspen UK Rising Leaders.
This exclusive Global Attitudes Workshop is a unique opportunity to engage with the topic of global attitudes and question how and why we come to these viewpoints. The workshop will focus on a few selected texts from the internationally regarded Pew Research Centre which will be discussed in the same manner texts are considered during Aspen UK seminars. There are a limited number of places available.
Some of the topics we’ll be grappling with include European views about China and the U.S, social media’s impact on democracy, and how young adults want to engage with the world.
The workshop will be led by Richard Wike who is Director of Global Attitudes research at Pew Research. He conducts research and writes about international public opinion on a variety of topics, such as America’s global image, the rise of China, democracy, and globalization. He is an author of numerous Pew Research Center reports and has written pieces for The Atlantic, Foreign Affairs, Financial Times, the Guardian, Politico, Foreign Policy, CNN, BBC, CNBC, and other online and print publications.
The workshop will be facilitated by one of our Rising Leaders and will be held virtually.
This is a brilliant opportunity for Rising Leaders to take part in a session in a similar style to the Fellowship Seminar.
