Natalie Lue – writer of Baggagereclaim.com, where she helps people-pleasers, perfectionists and overthinkers to declutter the emotional baggage that causes emotional unavailability, low self-esteem and career and relationship frustration. A blogger for over sixteen years, Natalie has authored several books—self-published via Amazon and in partnership with Audible—and hosts The Baggage Reclaim Sessions podcast which has over 1.9 million downloads. Baggage Reclaim is one of the oldest relationship sites in the world and remains the most read dating and relationship blog in the UK according to Vuelio, the media database company. She’s 43 and based in Caterham, Surrey with her husband and two daughters.
