Elizabeth Linder – Founder and CEO, and Chief Diplomatic Officer at Brooch Associates. From serving as Facebook’s first “secretary of state” to founding Brooch Associates, a global policy advisory firm, in 2020, Elizabeth is at the forefront of modern corporate and government diplomacy, strategic communications, and nuanced policymaking. She has physically worked in fifty-six countries across both developed and emerging markets and currently looks after a portfolio of leaders at the ministerial and CEO levels as Brooch’s CEO and Chief Diplomatic Officer.

Iván Eskildsen Alfaro – Minister of Tourism for Panama. Iván is an entrepreneur with experience in the development of projects that focus on Panamanian traditions and customs and sustainability. He has created and managed ventures that seek to interest today’s young people in Panamanian customs, especially those that strengthen community support, teamwork and create changes of consciousness. Before the age of 30, Iván founded and managed the Cubitá Project, a hotel, residential and commercial real estate complex inspired by the architecture and traditions of the Azuero región. He has been a member and leader of several different organizations, chambers and associations of private companies. Iván is an avid volunteer engaged in regional organizations focused on community develpment and sustainability.
Gloria Guevara Manzo – CEO and President at The World Travel and Tourism Council. Recognised as one of the most influential women in Mexico by CNN and Expansion, Gloria has worked in the travel industry since 1995. Starting at the Sabre Travel Network and Sabre Holdings, she was later CEO of JV Sabre Mexico. In March 2010 President Calderon appointed her as Minister of Tourism and two weeks after she was given in addition the full responsibility of the Mexican Tourism board. Under her leadership the “National Agreement for Tourism” in Mexico was created and signed on 28 February 2011. Gloria received the Good Neighbour Award from the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and Virtuoso awarded Mexico the best tourism board in the world due to her successful branding and repositioning efforts. In addition, Gloria has been Special Advisor on Government Affairs to Harvard University, and part of the Future for Travel, Tourism and Aviation Global Agenda Council of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Nick Stace – CEO, Saga Travel. Nick was appointed CEO of Travel in October 2020, having joined Saga earlier in the year as Group Strategy Officer. In his role Nick will lead Saga’s Cruise and Tours businesses which is clearly focused on providing exceptional experiences for guests across its offer. He will also continue to drive the implementation of the Group’s purpose-led strategy. Before joining Saga, Nick had held senior leadership roles in a range of charities and consumer-facing businesses, including The Prince’s Trust, the Financial Conduct Authority, Which? And CHOICE, the Australian consumer organisation. Nick is currently a trustee of the National Trust.
